VoraTools provides free and premium online document management, image optimization, and file conversion services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the services at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibility

• You must have the legal right and licenses to the files that you upload and convert using our platform.
• You agree not to upload any files that contain viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any malicious code.
• You agree not to abuse or spam our conversion endpoints. Automated requests (scraping, API abuse, bulk scripting the front-end) are strictly prohibited on free plans.

3. File Storage and Liability Limit

We are a transient conversion utility. Files are auto-deleted exactly 1 hour after processing. We do not provide long-term storage or backups. VoraTools is not liable for any data loss, corrupted files, or business interruption resulting from the use of our utility. All services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

4. Intellectual Property

We do not claim any ownership rights over the files you upload or convert. All converted outputs belong exclusively to you.

5. Subscription Plans

Subscription payments, invoices, plan limits, and refunds are subject to our billing policies as detailed on our pricing page. Active subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard.
